Hi There!!!
š¤ Iām Bobbie Hazel, an introverted artist in Texas whoās made the bold decision to try to sell hand drawn art on quilting cotton. My patterns are drawn by hand on Procreate. So you can ensure amy designs have a human touch to them.
As long as I can remember, Iāveloved creating in so many ways. Art was always my elective in school. By high school, I was honored to be placed in the advanced art class, where I learned the most. I never pursued anything with my art and it was always just a hobby. I went on to work other jobs, my favorite one being one where I would cut quilting fabric. I did that for a while until I became a mother. Since, iāve been a stay at home mom who creates these designs on her free time.
Now, Iām more passionate about creating than ever. I started putting out different types of artworks, from paintings to prints. I kept thinking about putting my art on stickers or keychainsā¦ but just wasnāt feeling it. Then the thought of putting my art onto fabric came into my brain and it excited me so much! And that was the beginning of my fabric designs.
All my designs truly come from my heart. They may not stand out as loud as other artists, but Iām hoping mine still stands out in its own way and connects with someone ā¤ļø I truly want my designs to be unique and something you canāt get anywhere else. Even if a design seems simple. Ive even been learning all things quilting specifically to improve my designs and how they would look on a quilt, table runner, or whatever your heart desires. I would LOVE to see what others can create with my designs.
