Where do you ship?

I currently ship within the continental United States at this time!

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, I do not offer standard international shipping. However, if you are outside the continental U.S. and interested in purchasing a shippable item, please reach out to me directly. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location.

How long does it take to process my order?

Please allow 3–5 business days for processing and production before your order ships! This is for ready to ship items only and does not include made to order items! made to order fabrics need extra time for production before your package will be shipped to you.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has shipped!

Made to Order

Some fabrics are available as made to order. Made to Order fabrics are billed at the time of purchase, not at the time of shipping.

Please check the product description for estimated production and delivery dates!

When will my preorder ship?

Made to order timelines vary depending on the production schedule. Estimated ship dates will always be listed in the product description. Please note these are estimates and may shift slightly due to production or shipping delays, you may reach out for any updates or questions!

Can I cancel a preorder?

Preorders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, they are considered final sale since production begins after purchasing.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

All sales are final. Because fabrics, digital downloads, and made to order fabrics are either customized, made to order, or instantly delivered, they cannot be returned or exchanged. Although, if you are unhappy with anything please reach out to me and let me know so I can fix any issue if possible.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery!

Fabrics

Do you offer different types of fabrics?

A: Yes! Just reach out to me and let me know what kind of fabric you’re looking for — I’ll see if I can make it happen. (Prices may vary depending on the fabric)

Can I wash the fabric?

Yep! I recommend a gentle wash in cold water and tumble dry on low or hang to dry. Avoid bleach to keep the colors bright and pretty.

Digital Downloads

How do I receive my digital files?

Digital downloads are available immediately after purchase. You will receive a download link via email or on the order confirmation page. Reach out to me if you have any trouble!

Can I return or exchange a digital download?

No. All digital download sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Products

Will my item look exactly like the photos?

Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and the printing process. Each piece is made with care, but slight variations are normal and part of the handmade quality.
