Where do you ship?

I currently ship within the continental United States. At this time, I am unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or APO/FPO addresses.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is a flat rate of $8 per order.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, I do not offer standard international shipping. However, if you are outside the continental U.S. and interested in purchasing a shippable item, please reach out to me directly. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location.

How long does it take to process my order?

Please allow 3–5 business days for processing and production before your order ships.

How long does shipping take?

Once processed, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

What if my package is lost or damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact me within 7 days of delivery!

Preorders

Do you offer preorders?

Yes. Some fabrics are available for preorder. Preorders are billed at the time of purchase, not at the time of shipping. Please check the product description for estimated production and delivery dates.

When will my preorder ship?

Preorder timelines vary depending on the production schedule. Estimated ship dates will always be listed in the product description. Please note these are estimates and may shift slightly due to production or shipping delays.

Can I cancel a preorder?

Preorders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, they are considered final sale since production begins immediately.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

All sales are final. Because fabrics, digital downloads, and made-to-order prints are either customized, made to order, or instantly delivered, they cannot be returned or exchanged.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

For physical items (such as fabrics or bundles), if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. I will work with you to fix it the best way I can.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, production begins and I am unable to make changes or issue refunds.

Fabrics

Do you offer different types of fabrics?

A: Yeah! Just reach out to me if you’re interested and let me know what kind of fabric you’re looking for — I’ll see if I can make it happen. (Prices may vary depending on the fabric.)

What kind of fabric do you use?

A: My designs are printed on high-quality cotton fabric with fiber-reactive dyes. Great for quilting, crafting, and sewing projects. Each piece features my hand drawn artwork!

Can I wash the fabric?

Yep! I recommend a gentle wash in cold water and tumble dry on low or hang to dry. Avoid bleach to keep the colors bright and pretty.

How wide is the fabric?

My fabric is 42 inches wide!

Digital Downloads

How do I receive my digital files?

Digital downloads are available immediately after purchase. You will receive a download link via email or on the order confirmation page. Reach out to me if you have any trouble!

Can I return or exchange a digital download?

No. All digital download sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Products

Will my item look exactly like the photos?

Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and the printing process. Each piece is made with care, but slight variations are normal and part of the handmade quality.
